Corey Harris, Esq.
Managing DirectorCorey has more than a decade of experience managing private equity transactions including fundraising, acquisitions, and partnerships. He has worked extensively both as a strategic advisor and in-house counsel for world-class organizations that are at the forefront of technology and innovation, wealth management, digital assets, and cryptocurrencies, not only in the United States but also in Latin America and the entire ASEAN region.
Valued by clients for his professional excellence grounded in understanding practical business needs, he is unique in his breadth of experience across diverse practice areas which include financial services technology and SaaS, private investment funds, banking and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, biotechnology, and mergers & acquisitions, particularly in cross-border transactions.
Corey holds a BA from Hampton University in Political Science, a Juris Doctor (JD) from Boston College Law School, an MBA from the Boston College, and an LL.M from the University of California-Berkeley School of Law.
